dupion fabric is made of viscose with slub effect in the fabric. Dupion is a plain weave crisp type of fabric made of viscose, produced by using fine thread in the warp and uneven thread. This creates tightly-woven yardage with a highly-lustrous surface.

It is excellent for embroidery and beading. It is easy to cut and sew as it can hold crease pretty well. Dupion is also highly resistant to wrinkles and gets dyed very well.
