1. Does Charu Creation Deliver All Over India?
Having received so much love from all over India, Yes, Charu Creation has started shipping in all over India orders. While covering all over india at present, we strive to deliver our collections to each of your door steps very soon!
2. How is the shipping rate calculated for domestic orders?
Once you are done stacking your cart with your favorite fabrics, you will find the shipping calculation at the check-out page. Your order cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the selected products and pin code on a real-time basis.
3. How long does it take to ship?
Once ordered, we know that getting the fabrics on time and crafting them in your thought-out outfit is something you just can’t wait for! We ship all our orders though Shiprocket which ideally takes no longer than 5-6 working days from the date of order placement.
4. Is COD Available ?
No, COD is not applicable . We accept only prepaid orders.
5. How can I make the payment for orders?
You can make your payment through any bank cards (debit and credit) . If you would like to pay through net wallets like (paytm,payzapp.freecharge and phone pay)
6. Can I place bulk orders? If yes, please guide me through the procedure.

7. What is your Return Policy?
While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you did not like the product, you can return the fabric within 7 days from the date of receipt (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2mtrs). In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will refund the fabric amount (only), if we receive the order, within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Please Note: Products under 2mtrs or bought on Sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery, if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will refund the entire amount including shipping to your bank account or offer you a coupon code of the same amount. In such a scenario, you do not have to return the fabric, just sit back, accept our apologies and place another order! We will try out best that you don’t face an issue like this again!
8. Do you have standardized prices for domestic orders?
All our products are uniformly priced for countries across the world. It is only the shipping cost that varies based on the weight of the order and zip code of the country.
9. How can I detect the quality of the fabric online?
Hailing right from the hands of efficient and diligent artisans, each fabric tags along some unique characteristics. Apart from providing good quality fabrics to our customers we also aim at educating them on the various characteristics recognized with each fabric. Kindly refer to our product page wherein we have dedicatedly mentioned the opacity, color bleeding and shrinkage properties for every fabric, hence the quality is going to differ accordingly.

11. My payment has failed! What shall I do now?
Arghh!! Annoyed much? Take a deep breath and try again! That’s the best way out! However, if it still doesn’t work, you will receive an abandoned cart recovery email in your mail box. You can try again and place your order. In case your payment has failed & deducted from your account, and the order has not been placed, ping our customer support and we assure you, your concern will be addressed on priority.
12. Why is shipping not free?
The rates of fabrics at our website are very economical. As the profit margins in our fabrics are very low, hence we pass on the shipping charges to the customers in order to deliver them safe, secured and speedy shipments.
